That's such a cute picture! Affectionately stroking his brother's ear.
Yeah, the 'grabbing of the ear'; otherwise known as premie-speak for 'I love you man, but you're crowding me a little here.'
Unfortunately, I took and posted it using my phone... which isn't known for it's superior resolution. The looming presence of the syringe also seems to add a slightly darker undertone.
