TRON and the Lady Bug of Tomorrow

Halloween 2011.  There was epic polaroid failure happening with three different cameras.  Some sinister cosmic conspiracy was trying to keep me down this year... although "failure" is a rather ambiguous term when shooting polaroid.  More to come.

Vive l'automne: pt. 1

Waking up to six inches of snow yesterday gave me a rather sickening bit of nostalgia for last autumn which, for several reasons, we didn't get to enjoy as much as we would have liked. So here's yet another post of me stickin' it to you Winter, wishing you'd just go away.

...And in color

So I had Heidi buy a pack of this crappy fuji x-tra film at costco the other day because it was so cheap they were practically paying us to take it.

Hence, the color.

I'll try and make up for it with another three months of black & whites.

Excerpt:

"Like all modern intertextualists, and being a critical studies dork, Mike has moment of artistic crisis when he suddenly comes to the realization that he's shot several rolls of photographs of people taking photographs of other people."

HMS

HMS, originally uploaded by mothslayer.

Taken this past autumn, the same day as this one. Her hair is a bit longer now, but not by much.
